STEPH: What were your interests as a young boy?
CLINT: You know what, it was a different time then. It was the depression and we moved around a lot. Our main goal was to stay alive.

STEPH: Tell us your story how you started your career into acting/films?
CLINT: I was in junior high and my English teacher appointed me as the lead in the school play. I think she gave it to me more of a punishment than an award, to keep me out of trouble. I remember being so nervous because we had to perform for the High Schoolers. Honestly, I was scared shitless. I was a little kid and they seemed so much older. I ended up doing okay, actually I got a lot of laughs. It ended up being a hit, but I will never do that again.

STEPH: One of your biggest career highlights?
CLINT: You know what ,…. All of it! I have worked hard but I have also been very lucky. It has been one hell of a ride!

STEPH: What has been your biggest success?
CLINT: Unforgiven was huge turning point in my career.

STEPH: What makes you take on a story to produce into a film?
CLINT: I like to make stories that leave you thinking. Whether it is good or bad, happy or sad, something that resonates, and you can’t shake it. Something that stays with you.

STEPH: How do you think acting and directing changed your perspective on life and films?
CLINT: I’ve learned that you really can’t control anything. So it just try to enjoy myself whatever it is I am doing.

STEPH: Advice you have learned?
CLINT: Believe in yourself, even if you are the only one.
