How did you start in the fashion industry?
Irene Krauze: I came to the fashion industry from architecture. I had a desire to transfer my love for minimalism in architecture to clothes. From that moment on, I started sketching and this is how the first collection was created.
Personal Style:
Irene Krauze: I like to play with masculine and feminine codes. My style has become more minimalistic with years. After creating my own brand, 80% of my wardrobe is from Bequartii. Sometimes I buy new clothes from other brands, these are usually basic items that can be worn year after year.
How do you avoid making fashion mistakes?
Irene Krauze: Don’t wear clothes in colors that don’t match your skin tone. Get to know your silhouette.
A career challenge you have faced?
Irene Krauze: A few months after our opening, a pandemic began. It was a big blow for the new brand. We got out of this situation by starting to develop our atelier and were not mistaken, since many clients began to order tailor made clothes from our collections.
Advice on putting a great outfit together?
Irene Krauze: Don’t rule anything out anything until you’ve tried it on to see if it works. Only awareness of your own attractiveness is able to bring a fashion look to the absolute. Wear what you feel comfortable in. Modern fashion provides excellent opportunities to express yourself, emphasise your individuality.
How can fashion add to a person’s career?
Irene Krauze: Clothing act’s as a means of communication, as an instrument of influence on the behavior and attitude of other people towards its owner.
