We recently visited the One&Only Hayman Island, located in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef.
From the moment you get off the plane at Hamilton Island you are immediately looked after by the staff as they escort you onto a luxury boat with cheese and champagne to take you to the hotel at Hayman Island.
I was completely blown away by how beautiful the island and hotel was.
EAT
Experience a range of private dining experiences. Shimmering pools set the stage for intimate ‘Under the Stars’ dining. Cabanas nestled within lush tropical gardens, or surrounded by white sands overlooking the Coral Sea, offer an idyllic ambience for a secluded gourmet picnic on the beach.
Bamboo: Offers a range of Asian cuisine from different quarters including; Thai, Korean, Indian & Chinese.
Amici: This is authentic Italian cuisine.
Fire: Is fine dining with a very strong Australian Influence.
BABYSITTING
We used this service and was very impressed by the care taken. You have the choice of taking your children to a creche or having someone come to your room.
SPA
The spa offers deep relaxation treatments to help you unwind using different techniques to create a rejuvenated mind.
GYM
Recently the gym has started stocking James Duigan’s Bodyism products and has specific equipment and trainers available to help with fat loss, building muscle tone and stretching.
ACCOMMODATION
The rooms have recently been refurbished with a very chic sophistication. Generously spacious and set looking over the pool or lagoon.
