After losing my cousin to suicide, I wanted to put a book out that helped women to cope with mental health and to move on from difficult or stressful times by focusing on self-care.
We have all had difficult moments in our lives. The most important thing to know is that it won’t last forever.
As women, we need to remember that the storm will soon pass and in the interim try to remain positive for our own personal health. You have the strength and power with in you. When life feels like it’s spiralling out of control in what ever circumstance you may be facing, you can take on these challenges and try to take them head on by nurturing your body, mind and soul.
Beauty and Wellness is a book that proves that positive change is possible for each and every one of us.
